Planche Push-up - Week 8

Slight Improvement
With the audit in progress and my buddy back in the office we finally had a session at our regular gym.
Day 1
The first session was focused on seeing where my buddy was at. It was good to see he hadn't lost any of his gains and was able to do a number of consecutive pull-ups.
On my end things went ok, but I did skip the triangle push-ups again this week.
Day 2
I could't make it to the office for the second session so I did the workout at my regular gym. It went decently and I finally felt like my shoulder is starting to get back to normal. Nowhere near 100% but at this point I'm just happy to be have some progress again.
Next Week
With the shoulder feeling better I have to be mindful of overdoing it again. I'll slowly see if I'm ready to go back to dips and all push-ups again.
