Planche Push-up - Week 7

Not Much Progress
Despite the audit having started, I've still been pretty busy at work. I did the workout at my regular gym again this week, directly after my own workouts.
Day 1
I skipped the push-ups again this week. I'm still not comfortable doing them and my shoulder felt more painful than last week.
The straight arms holds are going well I think. I'm adding some slight rotation while keeping my elbows straight, which is challenging but doable.
Day 2
I challenged myself again with the planche lean. I feel like my shoulder is holding me back a bit, but I'm still able to do it.
I skipped the handstand to give my shoulder more rest, and because I don't feel comfortable doing it in a public gym.
Next Week
While I had more pain in my shoulder this week I feel like the treatment is progressing and we're targeting the correct spots. Hopefully this will result in me being able to do regular push-ups again next week.
