Planche Push-up - Week 6

Another Boring Update
With the audit deadline looming we've been working long hours. We skipped the office this week so I did the workout at my regular gym after my cardio sessions.
Day 1
Exactly the same as last week. I again skipped the triangle push-ups since my shoulder is still not 100% healed, and the dips were replaced with straight arm holds. One benefit of doing the workout at my regular gym is that I can do the dips in a rack instead of making do with two benches.
Day 2
The planche lean was a bit easier last week so I tried to lean further. I feel like I only leaned a little further, but it was way more challenging than last week. I'll try to keep this up and see if it gets easier.
I skipped the handstand to give my shoulder more rest, and because I don't feel comfortable doing it in a public gym.
Next Week
Hopefully I'll be able to do regular push-ups again next week.
