Shoulder Update 3

After months of doing skipping the planche exercises we finally were able to do half of them again!

Since it had been forever for my buddy and I we didn't go too hard and I was very careful on the dips in particular. Overall it wasn't bad, but a little disappointing that we didn't get to the second day due to the amount of work at work.

Given the light load there isn't much to say. The excerises we did do went fine.

I'm still on the special shoulder program and skipping my normal strength training. There's still the occasional sharp pain in my shoulder, but I feel like it's getting better. I do notice more pops/cracks/pings in my shoulder when I do certain movements, that is a little concerning. Hopefully that's just a side effect of not having done any real strength training for a while and that it goes away when I start lifting again.

Next Weeks

Next week we'll be on a company offsite so we'll skip the planche exercises. I'll be doing my shoulder excersises though, but at this point I also feel like I should have been back to normal if there aren't any deeper issues. I'll start doing strength training again when I get back and see with the physio how it is.
