Shoulder Update 2

Like last time this post is more for my own reference than anything else.

Last time I mentioned that I was feeling more tension in my shoulders and that I was unsure if it was a side effect of the exercises or if I was doing something wrong. After discussing it with my physio, I think it's a combination of both. We adressed my form with a couple of the exercises, so let's see how it goes.

I will say that I do continue to feel the occasional sharp pain when I move my shoulder. So far I'm unable to reproduce it and it feels like with the same movement it only happens sometimes. I'll have to pay closer attention to that so next time I see my physio we can see if it warrants more attention.

As I'll be away for work next week I'll continue with just the shoulder exercises and only resume strength training after I get back. Since the planche exercises target the shoulder a lot I'll leave those out until I am more confident that there is not something wrong with my shoulder.
