Shoulder Update
This is more for my own reference than anything else. I've been doing some shoulder exercises to try to correct my shoulder alignment and/or posture, and I want to spend some time thinking about the progress so I can clearly explain it to my physio.
I noticed that I quickly adapted to the exercises and feel more comfortable adding some weight. I also think that my posture during the exercises is more symmetrical and I'm able to keep my shoulder blades in place better, but it's hard to tell from my own observations.
However, I do notice that I feel more tension in my shoulders when I'm not doing exercises. Like when I'm wearing a backpack or even when I'm just walking around not doing anything in particular. I'm unsure if this is a side effect of the exercises and similar to muscle aches or that I'm doing something wrong. Luckily I'll be seeing my physio again in a few days so I can ask them about it.
