Planche Push-up - Week 11

Last Week Before Vacation
Due to work commitments and my buddy leaving for a vacation we once again did not go to the office. As per usual in these situations I just did the workout at my regular gym.
Day 1
Upped the weight on the overhead press again, now it feels a little more challenging. Until my shoulder is healed I'll probably keep doing this.
I skipped all the push-ups this week as I'm a little tired of the same shoulder story every week.
Day 2
I tried the plache lean a little lower, that turned out to make it a lot harder. But it also seems to put more pressure on my shoulder, so in the end I stuck with the same position I used last week.
Similar to the shoulder press, I upped the weight on the scott curls. This seems like a nice challenge so I'll try the same weight next time.
Next Weeks
For the next 3 weeks I'll be on a trip so I won't be able to keep up with this program. I'll do some other exercises for sure, but I won't keep a log of those. Hopefully this gives my shoulder a change to recover more, we'll see when I get back.
