Planche Push-up - Week 10

Slight Improvements
Due to work commitments we didn't get to go to the office this week. As per usual in these situations I just did the workout at my regular gym.
Day 1
Most of the workout was the same as last week. I did increase the weight on the overhead press a bit, but that was still pretty easy.
I skipped the triangle push-ups again, but I feel like next week I should be able to give them a try again.
Day 2
I found a position in the gym that I can do the planche lean in. It's not the most exact position, but it allows me to roughly keep track of where my hands are relative to my body.
I upped the weight on the scott curls, I'll use the same weight next week but similar to the shoulder press it was still pretty easy.
Next Week
We'll most likely be going to the office next week, so we can see how my friend is doing with his exercise program.
